Location to beach was great. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and the view was amazing - we could see all over the city and up the beach. Staff were very friendly

The staff were great, especially Nga. I was not feeling well and even though she was not working, she arranged food for me and kept checking in. Knowing you have someone looking out for you while alone in another country is absolutely priceless.

In short, everything was PERFECT! They even upgraded me from a bayview room to a larger oceanview room, free of charge. The room was modern, spotless and spacious. The bed was like heaven and the view from my private balcony was spectacular. The rooftop bar was beautiful overlooking the ocean. Perfect for a cheeky beer ;) with 2 for 1 happy hour at sunset. The staff, and Dat in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay even helping with restaurant recommendations and helping me book my onward train to Nha Trang. Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Execllent.

The room is very clean, bright and modern. The elevator system is very good it's not slow at all. The infinity pool and the gym are clean and there are attendants to help you if you need. The drinks at floor 42 are good and reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels in other cities.

Being upgraded to 2 suites: each suite came with 2 large rooms ,each with its own bathroom - a fantastic view ( from level 39th) Room service excellent! Nice breakfast Free pickup at airport

It's new, it's very well located and overall, the facilities are on par with what one expects of a 5 star beach-side hotel. The rooms are of a generous size and are well appointed. Best of all, is the team - always happy to assist most of whom have a good command of the English language. A special thank you to Nga Nguyen, who went out of her way to help us in many regards.

Location was perfect across the road from the beach & cafes . We loved the decor & setting of the rooftop breakfast restaurant & choice of foods & service was great. Pool area was well designed & we enjoyed a complimentary foot massage in the spa. The receptionist Min( Huyen) & Kinh were very helpful with local tours & any other information we needed. Our room had a great view of the sweeping beach. Would thoroughly recommended this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel its very clean.The rooms are big with a great side view of the ocean.The staff at the front desk go out of their way.Helped us booking a bus to Hanoi etc.The pool area is out of this world.Never made it to level42 as there was an event on international women's day.

This was a really, really nice hotel with incredibly helpful staff that really wanted to make your day better. The rooms were immaculate, room service was great, and the the 41st floor restaurant had great views and surprisingly affordable prices for a good menu. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in this town
