The room is very clean, bright and modern. The elevator system is very good it's not slow at all. The infinity pool and the gym are clean and there are attendants to help you if you need. The drinks at floor 42 are good and reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels in other cities.

The staff were great, especially Nga. I was not feeling well and even though she was not working, she arranged food for me and kept checking in. Knowing you have someone looking out for you while alone in another country is absolutely priceless.

In short, everything was PERFECT! They even upgraded me from a bayview room to a larger oceanview room, free of charge. The room was modern, spotless and spacious. The bed was like heaven and the view from my private balcony was spectacular. The rooftop bar was beautiful overlooking the ocean. Perfect for a cheeky beer ;) with 2 for 1 happy hour at sunset. The staff, and Dat in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay even helping with restaurant recommendations and helping me book my onward train to Nha Trang. Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Execllent.

It's new, it's very well located and overall, the facilities are on par with what one expects of a 5 star beach-side hotel. The rooms are of a generous size and are well appointed. Best of all, is the team - always happy to assist most of whom have a good command of the English language. A special thank you to Nga Nguyen, who went out of her way to help us in many regards.

We liked everything about this hotel its very clean.The rooms are big with a great side view of the ocean.The staff at the front desk go out of their way.Helped us booking a bus to Hanoi etc.The pool area is out of this world.Never made it to level42 as there was an event on international women's day.

Lovely and luxurious new hotel near the beach. Our room was very modern and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave us great advice and helped us to rent a bike. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend the weekend in Quy Nhon.

The staff were so helpful and professional. I travelled with my mum who is 74 years old and staff offered us a late checkout so my mum can rest before our afternoon flight. I am so grateful for their offer. Things I love: view from our room and restaurant. A la cart food and drinks from the restaurant.

For the price this is an amazing hotel! Room was the size of an apartment, great views and we loved the bath! The fitness centre, pool and spa was perfect, especially as it rained while we were there. Hotel had everything you needed.

Surprisingly the best hotel I've stayed in during all my journey around Vietnam. Riding a motorbike from HCM city to Hanoi I occasionally decided to make a stop overnight on my way between Nha Trang and Da Nang. What a nice surprise both this zero turism city but mostly this wonderful brand new 5 star luxury hotel facing the beach and offering stunning views over the city and the mountains. The service was incredible (from reception to restaurant not to mention the spa) and all go beyond my expectations to make sure I was having a great stay. I cannot recommend enough this place to anyone passing by.
